MEET OUR LEADERS

In 1998, Karen and Jim Noble founded Restoration Word Ministries as an outreach ministry with a radio broadcast that aired for 12 years. Restoration Word Ministries partnered with the restaurant group (later named Noble Food and Pursuits) to outreach and feed the poor in High Point, Winston-Salem, Greensboro and Charlotte, NC. In 2010, this joint outreach became a not-for-profit restaurant, The King’s Kitchen, located in Uptown Charlotte. From here, Restoring Place Church (now Dream Center Church) was birthed in January of 2011. Realizing the need was even greater, the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center was formed shortly after in February of 2012. Karen and Jim Noble pastor Dream Center Church and oversee the Charlotte Mecklenburg Dream Center. 

Victor embodies the rare balance of spiritual gifts, community development and operations management. These gifts equip Victor to initiate spiritual revival, community transformation and organizational efficiency. Victor is a licensed minister, known as a compelling speaker with a keen ability to make connections. Victor just completed 13 years of service to the YMCA and is passionate about leadership & spiritual development.

Darian leads Dream Center Discipleship initiatives and serves as a church growth strategist. His personal mission to Love God, Lift People and Lead Communities directly align with those of the Dream Center. Darian welcomes the challenges of changing people’s lives through God’s word and growing them in love, turning hope and ideas into a vision.

After several years of volunteering with the Dream Center and attending Restoring Place Church, Jamie now leads Friday Night Street Ministry, establishing meaningful relationships with our neighbors on the streets and inviting them into discipleship at Restoring Place Church. Because of Jamie’s passion for spreading the love of Jesus and the good news of the Gospel, lives have been healed and restored.

Jessica is a pivotal leader in our Adopt A Block neighborhoods, crafting together powerful and engaging programming for neighborhood children to learn about and love God. With a deep desire to see the next generation lead from a place of Biblical truth and relationship with the Lord, Jessica serves our neighborhoods with excellence and gratitude.

As a passionate advocate for personal growth and community impact, Nicole plays an important part in encouraging others to find who they are in Christ. Through impactful community programming and activities, she fosters faith-led transformations and encourages others to develop a profound relationship with God. Nicole is deeply committed to making a positive difference by sharing and representing God’s love wherever she goes.

Bryant serves as a bridge between Dream Center Church and the Dream Center, inviting youth through Dream Center programming into community and discipleship at Dream Center Church. With an unwavering determination to see youth transformed by a revelation of Christ, Bryant ensures youth are reached and taught with truth and compassion, and find a sense of belonging in the body of Christ.

Susanna plays an essential role in planning, executing, and evaluating programs at the Dream Center, ensuring effective implementation and alignment to the Dream Center mission and vision. With a deep commitment to social impact, Susanna strives to empower individuals and communities through innovative and impactful programming.

Hailing from Scranton, PA, James has been with the Dream Center for 8 years. As a key member of the Sunday Service AV team, he enjoys what he does because he does it for the Lord.

For 26 years, Garry has been working in churches across the United States. Experienced in design and implementation of equipment for various needs of the church, Garry has worked from the sound booth to the stage. He hosts training seminars for audio mixing as well as TV directing for clients including FOX Sports, INSP, Sid Roth, Media Comm, Voice of Triumph, and more.

J. Rene Hunter is an anointed teacher/preacher of the gospel as well as a community leader, minister of music, motivational speaker, media personality, singer/songwriter and a successful entrepreneur. In 2017, she was nominated by the AMG Heritage Awards for 2017 Female Vocalists of the Year and a 2017 Humanitarian Award nominee.  She has also shared the stage with Daytime Emmy Award Winner, Donna Ritchie and Dove Award Winner, Ron Kenoly. She believes that worship is the one of the keys to ushering in the presence of the Holy Spirit and is charged by God to carry His people into the presence of the Lord, via worship and the word. A devoted wife and mother, Sheila is committed to the sanctity of her family and seeing them prosper while living their best lives as ambassadors for Christ.

For over three decades, Sheila has been producing and consulting with America’s most elite networks and on-camera talent. Sheila has trained numerous interns, freelancers, on-camera talent and budding media ministers who are respected professionals in TV and streaming today. Beginning her career as a top graduate of Jim Bakker’s media school in the 80’s, she earned a prime job upon graduation. In televangelism, Sheila traveled with Benny Hinn and Morris Cerrulo before transitioning to sports. Shelia was involved with SPORTSCENTER, NASCAR, and NFL Football in addition to being an instrumental piece in building the infrastructure for multimillion dollar studios at ESPNU and the SEC Network. Currently Sheila enjoys running professional TV cameras for Sid Roth on 'It’s Supernatural' and helps Dream Center Church with streaming to the web and weekly Sermon Podcasts.

Roscoe, a native of Charlotte, NC, has a background in loss prevention and has successfully led security teams for church properties while also serving as an Usher. Roscoe joined Dream Center Church alongside his wife and is excited to be a part of the ministry, serving through church maintenance and as an armor bearer for the Pastor. Several years ago, he decided to give his life totally to Christ. Changed by the Lord, Roscoe’s desire is to glorify our God in all he puts his hands to.
